His first competition under saddle he competed in and scored in all sections of a Open Stockmans Challenge (Working class, Cattle section, Whip Crack, Obstacle/Time Trial and Cross Country - 2009

At 6 years of age Memory has a big future ahead of him and shows unlimited potential, he is working very well under saddle and has 3 outstanding paces . He shows lots of scope over fences and is bold Cross Country, he has a beautiful snaffle mouth and after being galloped he pulls up softly and is completely settled. He has done cattle work and learnt to do haunch turns, roll backs, flying changes and have a whip cracked off of his back (including walk, trot & canter) Therefore proving his trainability and his versatility!

Memory's sire Chalani Toy Soldier was bred for versatility, sired by Chalani Pacesetter from Chalani Paper Doll (by Chalani Mystic, a show champion himself and sire of numerous winners in ASH working, hacking, dressage and Time Trial etc. to Royal show level). Paper Doll is a proven reliable junior's mount, handy at novelties, a led ASH champion and a clever jumper. Paper Doll's lovely nature is consistently commented on. Her 2 full sisters have proven themselves in open and ASH competition, including Chalani Paper Note – placegetter at Royal show level in sidesaddle and ASH competition; and Chalani Paper Moon - winner/placegetter in showjumping fields of 80 plus competitors in NSW. Chalani Paper Lace (3/4 sister to Paper Doll by Chalani Pacesetter from Chalani Paper Tiger) successfully evented and won at Adelaide Royal Show in ASH Time Trials and ASHLA classes. Chalani Paper Tiger also produced successful sire sons Chalani Paper Boy and Chalani Paper Man .

Memory's dam, She's Ideal has produced progeny who have performed in polo (Chalani Hallmark), eventing (Chalani Encore) and showing (Chalani Monarch, Chalani Encore, Chalani Elegance, Memphis Park Memory and Memphis Park Royalty). Her sire Idealiste, is a sire of numerous show hack winners with stunning movement, along with high level eventers.
